The Unit was set up on the 1st September 2002 in accordance with the New Scout Programme, the new age range is; between 14; and 18 years old.

The Unit has a very active programme, we meet weekly, as you can see the programme is diverse, the young people have a very active part in the planning for the programme. A few examples of the programme are below:

Bowling
Climbing
Unit meals
Video/DVD nights (with Ice cream)
Weekend and night hikes
SunRun
Summer Camps
